Has anyone had an issue with their Summoner's Market purchase during Hunter's Games sale? I purchased an Odin's vault and didn't receive anything of the items that were supposed to come with the purchase. Opened 2 tickets with support and haven't received any response. Opened a ticket with Xsolla support and their response was the game team claimed i received my items. Anyone have the same or a similar issue? Were you able to get it resolved? How did you go about it? What categories did you use if you submitted a ticket? Any information would be helpful. Been going at this since November 29th when I wrote my initial ticket. It's a shame I'm being put through this after playing this game for over 9 years.

Do you mean BONUS ITEMS, but the base UNITS you *did* receive ??
Were there multiple areas to buy the Odin’s, and one would have come with BONUS Items, while the other one on the screen (the one you actually bought) did NOT come with Bonus stuff ?
May also be a limit between buying IN-GAME vs Web Store, if there are limits (like for bonus stuff), they typically have that “Sync’d” up between the 2 so you can’t double-dip. ??
