Is it true that the more ticket you spam in the support the longer it takes for it to be answered?

Sounds like global wisdom.

They go through tickets in the order they are received. If you've been submitting, they'll tell you. But if you're resubmitting the same ticket because you're unhappy with their response time, then stop. Once they eventually answer you, then they will have more of your tickets that get in the way and delay them getting to other players.
