What Happened to Kabam Support

I Accidentally quit my Quest. I was Playing Necropolis for the Mutant carina Challenge and I was 2 fight away from completing the objective. I was Playing for too long and accidentally quit the quest. I already used a lot of resources. So I raised the ticket to Kabam support if they can help. But for the past 1 hour there is no response on this issue.
I don't know what is going on.
