I’m level 17 I didn’t get any summoner sigil new account too wth is this did they remove the free 7 day sigil?

    They didnt remove its you have to complete some challenge objectives, I just got it the other day on another account

    You don't get the Black Iso Market fully unlocked as a new account, you get the gold quest and the Summoners Sigil xp boost. Easy to see where the confusion occurs.

    I don’t have the xp boost also don’t have the gold quest
