Can support ticket change name of an alliance?

I want to change my alliance name.. since its original leader left the game... And now i'm the leader... I want to know if kabam can change ally name or not...

They can. Submit a request to Kabam support with the name you'd like to change it to. If you also plan on changing the tag, send a list of tags (since the one you want could be taken) in order of priority.
