Can someone explain accolades?

Can someone help a brotha out and explain accolades? I know it’s a voting system within your alliance but does each person have a certain number of votes per category or? How does this work? Can we make it to where everyone in my alliance gets their 10 additional tickets and milestones or only the people who get a certain number of votes or what?

As far as I remember you dont get anything from BEING voted, just from voting

You get the points for casting votes. So as long as you vote anyone in your ally, you'll get accolade milestones. You don't need to get voted by your alliance

You get the points for voting. You get one vote in each category. It gets dragged out over 10 days or whatever. It doesn’t matter who you vote for in terms of the ticket rewards, just vote.

You do get something if you get voted enough for the same thing though. A title.

As far as I know, each day you get 1 accolade from a calendar, and a solo event, every accolade gifted gives 100 points into the solo event, and there’s 10 milestones, so finale milestone being 1000.

If you get voted 5 times, you get a title, if you get voted 10 times you get a pfp, you giving out votes does nothing except give points into the solo event, which I believe each milestone includes 1 ticket, and 1 gbc or sbc, along with one other thing but I’m not sure, probably gold.
