Community feel very mislead, and for good reason

I opened 40, and got no T4A, no titan shards and no sig stones.. really disappointed, especially as @kabam John said on the banquet reveal stream, " there's gonna be alot of throne breakers with rank 3s running about" when talking about the crystals, insinuating the drop rates are stacked.. very misleading and overall extremely disappointing.. I am so glad I spent on cyber and saved earned units and banquet tokens. I would have had major regrets.. I spent my 3.3k units I got from grinding, and popped my 18 from tokens and a few from rewards and extra units etc, I had a couple of hundred quid put by, but once I popped everything I had, and how truly dreadful the drops were, I'm 100% not spending a penny... Kabam have done some great things recently, this was massive step back..
