Imagine how much worse this would've been without the realm. So they're either that clueless that they thought the event was good and then added the realm on top of it, or they lied and the realm event was part of the total package consideration all along. I guess you could argue that it isn't as bad as the BGs realm event removing solo, but those rewards were great for little more effort, not significantly more expense.

Seems in a lot of ways like it's just ignorance of the data. Why would they think that Valiants who have spent months buying 2.5 T6cc per week in BGs would need to flooded (though we can't call 10% a flood) with more? Because they either ignored the data or...they determined the rewards to be great for TB and usable for Valiant, so a win-win...for anyone not Valiant.
There's also just general ignorance of their own game economy. The worst prizes in the crystals, or the majority of what we're all stuck getting, are cheaper elsewhere in the game.

They are stacked LOL, he didn't lie u just need to get lucky it's a crystal - who got lucky got great rewards ,

if he says he won't be surprise more people to have limited champs like 7* loyalty + incursion + gifted guardian champs . that doesn't mean u will get them . it's a crystal u get lucky then u get the rewards

I think kabams big mistake was tying up rewards in higher ranked milestones and then forcing players to have to spend units or buying the deals to get those deals. If they counted all sbc crystals the same points would have taken some of the blow back off them. I spent 9-10k units. Bought 2 50 dollar deals. Open 23 from the trader post store which how much of that did I get with money spent in the past and opening the free ones from milestones and still a little short of the isophyne milestone.

For context, I did not watch a single banquet explanation video. I did not watch anyones opening, did not read into the rank rewards.
Sorry to say but I did not cared about banquet at the first place.
But I glanced milestone rewards in the game.

So the ignorant questions I have are
I saw few t4a cats in milestones, didn't that get TBs 2 r3s if they spent 15k units?

The misleading part must be that TBs don't have 15k units to spend to begin with. So it's on them, right?
