Alliance milestones not working?

I joined a day late to my ally, so I had to wait a day to claim the rewards and it just clicked over and I'm still not able to claim the milestones? It says I've contributed more than enough (12k points) so why can't I claim anything??

The timer has expired btw if you can't see

Before, but i opened one crystal first and it still said it contributed so I thought it'd be fine

You joined your alliance a day late meaning you joined December 7, or a day late meaning you joined after the event started?

Yeah the visuals showed it to work this way, which was a change from how it worked in the past. So I’m thinking it may still have 0 alliance points registered in the backend even though it showed differently in the game, until you start opening after the timer is up

Nevermind it came, just came 30 minutes after the countdown ended..
