Spirals Dancing Blades don't work

Felt like adding on to the steaming heap of positivity this week and wanted to ask if anyone else has found that spirals dancing blades refuse to activate while you're attacking?
It feels almost impossible to weave them into a combo or not pause and have them delayed so they are blocked by the opponent

    I've had the most success on trying to activate it on the first light of a combo but that still doesn't work like 40-60% of the time

    Pulled her yesterday from 9.1 titan and have had the same experience. Hopefully its a bug that gets fixed, seems pointless that it would require an opening of its own. Alternatively, they could make it unblockable, that could fix the issue too, but it still wouldn't help with extending the combo, which seems to be important if you want to throw the sp2 at 15 charges after already throwing the sp1 with the same set of charges.

    I assume you have to launch it in the middle of a combo. You can't block immediately after a combo ending move

    I find it rarely works then too

    That's the issue. It barely works.

    I've gotten better at it with practice.
    Doesn't trigger sometimes but I can do it way more consistently now.
    And yes, you have to do it before a combo ending attack.
    Just swipe up, don't wait for the block animation.

    You just have to hold left for a moment before swiping up

    I think I’m starting to get the hang of it now, the above comment by WednesdayLength really helped, it’s not like swiping left for a dex, it needs to be a bit more deliberate, if that makes sense.

    P.S. took her to r3 as my third r3, very happy with her, the playstyle is extremely satisfying.

    Spiral seems to be broken.. in BG when u hit her Sp1, he defender in between the SP is able to block .
