Red Hulk Titan Crystal

I'm really hoping Red Hulk gets a buff ( i doubt it). I pulled him from my last 2 Titan crystals and I understand we're not always going to get the best champs in the crystal but it's just a let down to accrue the crystals only to land on him twice. Especially with some of the other champs in the crystal. I dont understand why he's even in there.
