Unable to Claim Alliance Banquet Rewards

I can’t claim my alliance rewards for the banquet event even though I’ve been in the alliance for the required amount of time and I put up the minimum points required to claim said rewards

    If you had already contributed points, and were just waiting for your 14 days to end before being able to claim Milestones, but are still NOT able to claim them once you reached 14 days.

    Just do another crystal, adding to your points.

    That seems to “kick” your milestones into letting you claim them.
