Player profiles lost after update

I have a member on my team with multiple accounts. One of his accounts isn’t able to log in since update and he fears its lost. After years of play. How can he go about recovering it. I’m trying to get the details on what device and operating system he’s using but we’re on different time zones and he’s in England. Just wondering if there are anymore people who lost access due to device not being not supported after update.

  • I have one acount that I used to access on one device but now have to a cess it on another phone which soesn't handle the game well at all.

    Yeah I had to upgrade phones as well.
