R3 for valiant

I am 1 path away from exploring act 8.4, which will give me the 1 t4a i need, to get to valiant.
Currently, i have only tech t6cc, so gonna have to rank up a tech.
Who's a better option? Both are unawakened btw.

Shuri is better all-round, but i, personally, prefer Ironheart. I have a lot more fun with her than with Shuri.

i do feel like i should add, i am NOT planning on doing any long form content like necro anytime soon, so shuri not a priority for that.

She's a double threat in bg's being able to counter some tricky mutants and be a great defender. I've used her quite a bit in questing and if you ever do decide to do necro at any point she's phenomenal on some pretty tricky paths

If you aren't planning to do necro then I'll highly suggest ironheart, she's great for bgs, raids, and questing with her stocked utility.
