I got permanent banned for no reason

Hello , My account got banned for no reason .
am a 10 years player ! and i got purchase money for alot of units , don't think i would do something to harm my account !!

suddenly i open my account then i got permanent banned maybe cause i changed my phone and opened it !

I want an explanation please , cause i think that's unfair to make another account and start from ZERO .

Again i can't do anything to harm a 27k+ PI account and cost me alot of money !!!

I need someone to solve it please , Thank you !

Personally I can make an exception by giving this one a benefit of doubt only if it's actually 10 year old account. Chances are thin tho, whenever someone have said 'for no reason'.
(I have stopped hating on cheaters, because kabam started to do their job against cheating, no need for me to get all rage-y)

They can check am a 10 years player or not plus they can check why i got banned !! i hate cheaters as well , if am a hacker or something else i might fully exploration all necro with hack , you know what i mean of i could get a legend title from zone 25 if you remember !

I spent alot of units just to get champions to help my ally ! dude i just mention if i got banned cause i changed my phone and open the account on it ! but it's simple they can check my ip zone !

7 is my guess. 5 denials, 1 accidental slip up, & 1 finally admitting. I'm only guessing since we've all seen this before. That said, if it's an actual accidental ban, I hope OP gets everything straightened out

But submit a ticket. Ignore their automated reply and send ticket again asking for thorough inspection.
In forums, 699/700 threads made on bans, the user have been found cheating.

I'm not jumping to any conclusions. But I'm curious. No user here knows what actually happened. If you did somthing or not. Nobody knows until some evidence pops up, or Crashed crash your dreams. Till then it's just another Ban thread for the 99% of the forum users.

I can't remember if i was online on the old device or not but that's unfair for get a permanent banned maybe a day or 7 days to warn me !

Like it said i don't like cheaters cause i faced them alot in BGs and i got pissed trust me lol .

And like i said i spent alot of money on this account so i won't harm it anyway .

No thanks. I think the cheat detection software that Kabam uses is a lot more trustworthy than another "banned for no reason" poster. We've all seen hundreds of those 🙋‍♂️

I also play on 2 devices and have for years. I've never been banned.

I do this too and never had an issue either. Because it's not an issue.

No as long as its urs u can switch as i go on my 2 ipads and my phone mainly for that little earlier of an update and 1 ipad is on my alt for just autoing opening crystals daily stuff then my main ipad i do my main account but switch to alt for harder content

Third party has an algorithm to ban cheaters.
It’s not looked at by an actual person.

Account is banned because of this algorithm you obviously haven’t vetted.

Same for me but I used Android mostly to avoid battery drain on iPhone. Though I’m curious what OP may have done to get a perm ban instead of 7 days or a month. It sounds like there might be a gross violation.
