Best mystic stall option

Which mystic would you say is the biggest time wasting defender between these 3? All 3 are awakened 7 stars. I'm thinking of a good defender/stall option for when I play bg's, and for low level AW (retirement alliance.) Bonus points for a being a dual threat. (i'm currently leaning toward Rintrah for the dual threat option.)

I'd have to include a lot more options from different classes in that case. I forgot to mention that I have a mystic 2 to 3 gem, which is why these 3 are in consideration.

Kindred is the only one I have genuine problems with.

The others dont really stall me as long as I draft well.

Kindred doesn’t have much hp compared to the other two

Nah kindred stalls, If he enters degen mode you have to dance around or lose health

I always have problems with him, unless I have hit monkey who can sp2 him straight to the grave from outside 15% health
