Issue with Support

How does a customer of Kabaam escalate a support ticket if needed? I have submitted the support ticket and have a need for escalation.

I have submitted only a handful of support tickets across 9 years of playing and while frustrating to get the general boiler template responses, I have a legitimate specific support issue that is in need of escalated attention and am not sure how to more effectively work with the support team on the issue.

Need some guidance from the mods please. If possible please contact me directly for any details.

    You coukd try to just ask them to escalate it to someone higher up. They did it for me when I asked them to once

    No guarantee they'll actually do it for you though
