Cosmic question (pun intended)

So. I took OG Thanos and read he's actually hitting hard. The question is this. I've been really cosmically lucky and actually have every cosmic champ awakened except for maestro/venompool/thanos/scream. I don't own carnage/vision/deathless thanos. I'm not interested in any titan champs except mystic dupes and rhulk dupe so I'm waiting for march and saving titans. Do I awaken thanos or maestro? If maestro i obviously take the titan nexus for carinas necro

    Well if I awaken maestro i go sig 200 and r3. If I awaken thanos I wait to see where he goes. And r3 sig 200 crossbones because I DESPISE fighting photon and weakness debuffs
