Issue with summoner market

Ive tried for about 3/4 days to buy the tier skips for the double track event currently active (after buying the event pass) thats the main reason i brought it seeing as i could buy the tier skips and now its pointless and the summoner market just wont complete a since purchase ive tried about 4/5 of the options issue everytime anyone know how to get around this
