Deathless Guillotine bugged?

According to her description she’s having a 200% spectre debuff on her sp2 but that just never happens.
Just played the cosmic path in the deathless quest, tried like 15 times but don’t get the spectre.

Did you read the nodes? Enemies on that lane gain debuff immunity unless you knock them down frequently.

There's a node that makes the defender immune to debuffs. That blocks your degen and your spectre.
You have to knock them down semi-often to disable it and keep it paused.
