Cannot Bind any Relic to 7* R3 Red Skull

Doesn’t matter if I do it through the champion screen or the relic screen, I cannot bind any bind any relic to my 7* R3 Red Skull. I tried other relics not just the 6* HB one in the video. Other relics on other champs work just fine. But my Red Skull cannot.

    Are you using Red Skull in AW, AQ, side or monthly quest. You can't bind a champ who is being used.

    He is completely free. I’m not in war or any kind of quest, other than AQ — and he’s not on my 3-man team there.

    Red skull doesn’t need any more help. He thinks to himself, “I am already powerful enough!”
