Battle grounds off season

Am I the only one that doesn’t have access to this recent battle grounds off season? I’ve restarted my device numerous times and still nothing. I created a ticket with Kabam support and haven’t heard anything back. No one else in my alliance is having this issue so wondering if anyone else is having this problem.
