Deep dive screens not working on any character page.

The deep dive videos on each character aren’t working. You click them to play and the whole screen is black. They also now don’t display the time stamps either. You can hear the audio but the image is just black.

I have also tried to test on two other devices and it’s the same result. I have also been through all my 7 star champs to test and they all have the same issue.

This is clearly yet another bug in the game. Please fix it.

Same problem here. I wonder if it is only happening to IOS devices. Both my iPads and iPhone have this issue

Yep, same, iOS.

Can hear audio, just can’t see video.

Is it same if going directly to YouTube (or linked from MCOC Website, NOT in game) ?
As in, is it a YouTube host issue, or just in-game bug ?

Maybe they moved the “Blank Screen SP3” bug over to Deep Dives instead now, lol.
But since I’m bringing it up, does anyone know if the HotFix happened to resolve Blank Screen SP3 for those affected ? (The Notes did NOT mention fixing that)
