I HAD A RANK 2-3 7* GEM AND IT DISAPPEARED WHEN I GOT A NEW ONE

For the banquet event period Kabam gifted a 2-3 rank for valiants, I already had one but for some apparent reason I claimed and only have 1, this is so upsetting because you either play hard or spend a little to be able to get resources and now I can’t event trust to wait for the right time to pull a champion to rank up. This bugs are insane and my trust for Kabam have hit the floor.

    Just a minute, maybe someone will answer you (would say someone who doesn’t actually help you at all).

    Rather, are you sure one of them isn’t a Saga champs specific Gem ? Towards the bottom of your Inventory list ?

    Whereas the other one is a generic one (available to use on anyone), higher up in your Inventory ?

    Or you used the prior one, but forgot ? Submitting a Request to Kabam Support they could tell you who (if any) you had used it on.
