I see people with legendary or veteran banner on the profile pic how do you get them ?

Veteran - account from the first week/month that the game launched (don’t remember specific cutoff)

Legend - Earned in game through various methods. Only current way is to complete all 6 of the 10th anniversary necropolis carinas challenges.

Pretty sure the Veteran badge was just a December 2014 join. I may be completely wrong though.
