Is there anywhere other than daily quests and unit offers for tier 2 basic catalysts?

    You shouldn't need more than is in the daily quests. You can buy some from glory if you need more.

    I saw t3 and was pretty sure there was t2. Either way, it doesn't matter really. There is still plenty in the daily quests.

    I think You can buy everything except T1CC and T2 Basic from Glory store
