Help for 6* Awakened list

Hi guys. Which one of the below should I awaken?

Herc gets immortality awakened, it makes him the most broken champ in the game.

Kate I think you need sig stones in increments of 100 to actually make a dif?...memory could be wrong.

For the most part yes, but the extra ones in between still help
