Medusa and other champs look bugged

Why Medusa isn't inflincting ANY armor break against glance? She's supposed to have 150% chance which means still 50% to inflict them despite of the glance.
Tried on Maestro and Antman, none of them is inflincted by any armor breaks debuff. I tried with another champ : Howzrd the duck, who has 115% base ability accuracy, so supposed to be 15% when glanced, 0 armor breaks on heavy hits.
Tried another champ : Sentinelle
+100% ability accuracy when fully charged, and on Antman despite of the glances, armor breaks are inflincted.
Which is fricking strange, is that Medusa inflinct every armor breaks on Domino, which means she does have a higher ability accuracy on medium hits than 100% otherwhise she would fail to apply some of them.
What's going on?
