Book/Act paths

About 2 months ago I began playing the game again. I decided to explore all of the story mode paths. But a number of my paths have patches that are undiscovered, even though it’s clear that I did the path already. And it’s more than one of the acts in different books. Is this something that was added to the game or is it just a bug?

ACT's 1-4 (most likely 4) ?

They did a major revamp, consolidation, deletion, and changed paths to them some years ago now.
(note, Act's 1-3 are only 1 Chapter long now)

For those who had NOT yet been at 100% of an affected ACT, there may be segments that are “not done” in the middle of some other already completed segments.
But that is because of how they were changed, etc.

You still need to go thru any unexplored segments, needed to get to 100%
