Why The Sigil Store Nerf?

Under the old sigil, you could purchase 20% boosts every week for gold. One of the best things for AW, Carrina's, Questing, etc.

Now, we get 60 sigil credits a month, and those cost 10 sigil credits each....You would spend more than a months worth of sigil credits every month just buying the boosts! This seems like a massive nerf and way over priced!

Yeah, didn't see it there either. So bought it in game. Only for alliance mates to say it is there now. So guess I'm out 375 Units and more than double the sigil credits as well. -.-

That's not accurate, you only missed out on the bonus for going through the webstore, so you get 300 units instead of 375, and 60 sigil credits instead of 75.

Taking away the trade up shards for higher shards was a bad idea.
also taking out the 6 star featured doesn't make any sense? did you guys bother to community test this? you have to know this was going to go over badly.

This is probably the worst offer in the entire store compared to the previous store. It’s frankly embarrassing - a 20% boost worth as much as a 40% team revive?

One and done for me. Boosts and potions are a big L. Also should be able to trade up for shards, not just whole crystals.

The worst thing Kabam could have done was turn off arena expresss for 2 weeks. Its terrible to not have but regular arena became ok to do. This new sigil store has some positive things, and some awful ones. For a paid service you would expect good and better not good and bad.

Having to use sigil credits to get potions, revives and boosts is insane. I will never spend a resource so rare on something temporary like that. On top of that, they are expensive! 10 sigil credits?!? Gross.

I signed up to finally get my 7* Sigil Witch and I’ll be canceling since the rest of the store feels predatory.

Asking for an explanation about a price change is totally reasonable. That’s fine and I also want that information.

Taking personal swings at employees of the company is not okay. Just because you don’t like what Kabam has done, does not mean you get to start insulting individuals. Especially not Pinwheel, who just seems to be a nice person who functions as a go-between for the players and Kabam.

Also, I beg you to stop using words like “rob” and “scam” when you mean “bad value for the money.” Just because you think something is a bad deal does not mean it is criminal. You can literally always just not buy it.

For example if you are at 50k 6* shards that trade for 1 7* crystal at 150k shards is worthless unless you manage to get 100k more within the month. And that goes for every single item that has better value in trade.

I think the overall idea is to have some higher-end value that Players can save towards and some smaller value on an ongoing basis. Which this certainly achieves.
It's only 10 dollars USD a month, after all.
