Sigil purchase declined?

I have tried to purchase the Sigil from the web store but my payment keeps getting declined - plenty of funds in my bank and I’ve used the card in other places so shouldn’t be any issues at my end. Anyone else having a problem? Based in UK if it matters

Contact Xsolla customer support through the Webstore itself.

They have helped in past when issues with payment happened.

If they say it looks good on their end, speak with card issuers as last resort.

only thing I can think of is if it is a reloadable credit card they will not work on subscription purchases.

Nope just my normal debit card, never had any issue before. Will contact XSolla

Call your bank to approve the transaction.. my bank actually blocked the transaction because suspected is a scam lmao.

I got this reply from my bank - I rarely buy from the store so I’m not sure if I need to update anything

@BENNYJ yeah that sounds like it's a bank issue causing that to decline.

If you have an option to out same card on PayPal, do that instead is my suggestion.
