Complete chat/social overhaul

Chat is definitely awful. It needs to be fixed. But this shouldn’t be reinventing the wheel. There are tons of games with in-game chats that work well. But this one has been awful for a long time. Offer an upgraded chat experience as part of a pay wall if you have to so that it is worth the effort. Maybe part of the new digit subscription? You are missing an huge opportunity by having the vast majority of your players being forced to use a third party app. Also, searching through alliances and through my contacts is always glitchy. Half the time I can’t load a contacts sub-menu. And I almost am never able to view someone’s alliance when I try.

    It is very frustrating! I've been playing this game for 9+ yrs & it worked fine for what it is...communicating with members who aren't already on a group/alliance chat app. But for it to all the sudden glitch up & then now for months...upon months...upon months not fix it is very frustrating.

    I took a break from a higher Platinum alliance to help out my son's alliance grow. They have a lot of newer players & to not be able to communicate properly via in-game direct messages is absolutely ridiculous. To some it won't be a big deal at all, but to alliance like mine where I'm trying to help players get better it ABSOLUTELY stunts both their growth & the growth of the alliance as well.

    @Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit @Kabam Porthos @Kabam Vydious @Kabam Lyra...is this ever going to get fixed?
