Do I R5 CGR or r2 sim

Do I R5 CGR or r2 sim I have decided on sim instead of venom cause of fun instead of meta but cgr the goat so I'm confused

Sim is honestly more meta than venom but I’d personally upgrade sim over cgr. R2 will make much more of a difference

Depends on uses honestly, if you are still doing story then cgr, he's also better for bgs than r2 sim, but can't go wrong with either.

My vote would go to cgr tho coz thats what I would've done in that scenario for sure.

It also depends on how good you are at the game- they both are forgiving, but sim will save revives and potions, even if you lack the skill to play him. CGR needs some degree of skill and consistency.

If just playing for today, CGR.
Remember though, CGR is at his ceiling currently, so there is no room to grow.
In a year or so, SIM can still be upgraded to R3, R4, R5, R6, and maybe even ascension if that becomes available.
Whereas CGR will become what 5s are today, unusable for most new content.

Hey @ViperOfChampion, I may have made a mistake. When you say r4, does that include an ascended cgr? If not then yeah cgr needs it preferably. Sorry about that, now I think about it sim dupe is preferable so I’ve changed my mind for cgr

CGR is one of the 6* absolutely worthy of 6r5 and Ascension.

Good utility and hits like a truck. R4 will have to be everywhere before he loses usefulness in bg's, will be useful in MEQ and story even longer.

i have 3 r2, now 4 i kind o made a mistake, oops, i feel like i have heavy regrets like taking 7* kush and then duping her instead of picking bullseye. Im deleting my account and starting fresh, Goodbye paragon this was strike 3

The only argument I could’ve made is that CGR is locked to being a 6* while SIM is a 7*. You’re playing the long game with this rank up so I wouldn’t be too sad about it, if it doesn’t pay off now, it WILL pay off in the future

I originally said sim but I’m sorry, Cgr will never fall off. Relevant in all types of content and is arguably the best bgs attacker

Cosmic Ghost Rider is one of the only six-star champions that I would say is still truly worth investing in. He's still great in plenty of content but, and this is the crappy player in me, he's also always going to be that guy who, if your struggling with a fight and just either don't have the champions for it or you just don't want to learn it, you can get off a ton of quick damage before dying and reviving your way through the fight. Makes it a bit resource cheaper...but don't be like me.

SiM is insane for Raids if you run Tactition. He puts up some big numbers

Depending on your account… I’d focus on 7stars for catalysts unless you have them in the overflow. 6stars are gem targets for me these days in 90% of situations
