Kabam Bring back, Back issues.

I miss Back issues, Kabam please bring it back or similar. We don't have valiant EQ so Back issues would be great and be very fun, Increased difficulty and rewards. This Everest content is just getting old and not really fun. It just feels like work not a game. Yeah, you see some great rewards but its just not fun and super sweaty. Lets have something hard and is actually fun that your not stuck in for days.

Because there is already a plethora of easier content? And it's the everest players that are the most active player base. Your argument simply makes no sense considering at the time of release back issues were considered everest content

I'm not asking for easier. Just equivalate to what back issues was. Harder that story but not this grindy and sweaty ass content you have to sit in for days. You don't have to save up for potions for 2 months before doing it, its just fun and worth doing for the rewards not I want to throw my phone and sit here for 9 hours just not enjoying it. I dunno necro and all of that stuff isnt fun to play at all. Wish there was an alternate and still have to get some rewards I can actually use and still challenging. Something to do between story chapters coming out.

Once again, at the time of release back issues were considered everest content meaning they needed revives due to the champion tier restrictions at the time. I don't know a proper comparison for what you want because back issue rewards are outdated, and relevant rewards will always be tied to the hardest content or sales. It's been a while since necro and recently everest content has been quick especially with the summer of pain type fights

Its been like a month or two since its been to go back into necro with carina challenges and deathless pieces. Not a year….

And this is always the same tired strawman. No one here -me included- is saying the rewards in the latest Everest content should be equivalent to crucible or a valiant level EQ. The game gets in these ruts where it’s either super sweaty try hard content or mind numbing boredom with out of date rewards. Why it is such anathema to even consider something in between is just beyond me. Not everyone enjoys chasing the latest chase item through Everest stuff. But it’s either that or trivial content with rewards that do zip for your account. Log in, log out, or get some arena milestones. That’s the game for valiants not interested in this stuff.

Because individuals as yourself never think of the game development time behind the scenes required. In a perfect world, Kabam releases hard and intermediate content every month to please everyone. But since I doubt they want to over-work their developers and server space, they cater more towards the active players being endgame as a sacrifice is needed. An example of what this in-between you seek would be perfect, as if it was so simple it would probably already be in the game by now on a monthly basis just throw one out. Cause at that point its deep discussions about what is considered "intermediate" rewards and effort, as well as a new concern for their resource balance team that is hard to mediate to all expectations

I just threw two out. Crucible and upgrading EQ. They know how to do it because they have done it. As I have said elsewhere- seatin called this out last year after necropolis went into play, the deathless chase started, etc. So this isn’t some novel theory I just came up with… I guess Seatin never thinks about game development either.

I don't see your Seatin point being he's an on and off again endgame player, as the Deathless chase seeped into every endgame avenue possible with other pieces for free, and Crucible is for bigger endgame rosters. I still don't see your point especially with how unconstructive "just upgrade EQ" is providing no solid steps or recommendations for what can be taken as they have not done that

I honestly agree, it's quite surprising how we haven't even been able to get a Valiant EQ, let alone new back issues. And besides, Kabam is now 10 years old, and I think it's only logical that we get to relive some of the notable event quests of the past

they can bring back the back issues once they make it so those damn alliance events and rank 1 rewards are for the people in the alliance competing against one another !

back issues were semi everest content when they came out, at least the first one then kabam mellowed with the requirement and it became fun to actually do them. but more back issues sound like fun

Yeah it was fun. They champs where hard but didn't have mind numbing huge health pools to so that your are just bored 5 minutes into the fight but still have another 20 to go. lol

Those were really fun and challenging, i had also made a post for its return. But these days game already has lots of issue so it would be tough for them to deal with back issues as well.

The problem is the game has grown past the point of the Rewards being in sync with where Players are at.
