Shathra and Spiderman Synergy Bug (no pun intended)

Shathra gives spiderman +75% taunt ability accuracy when he has a totem. Spiderman alone has 25% chance to place a taunt. When it adds up (100%) he should taunt on every hit but he is not. Are there diminishing returns or is this a bug? If there are diminishing returns it would be nice to know.

    I would like to add that the first hit always inflicts a taunt but anything after seems that it is no longer 100%

    Maybe it means 100% it doubles so only does 50% chance and the stunned 75% is 150% possibly is how its working maybe

    It likely refers to the effectiveness of his taunt. Increasing HIS ability accuracy would increase the chance to place taunts, but increasing the ability accuracy of his taunts would make his taunts more potent.

    If that’s the case it should say 75% more potency lol. Hopefully this can get answered by a dev soon

    As far as I know, effectiveness is always referred as potency

    not how any of this works. ability accuracy does indeed affect the chance to place a taunt. However the +75% applies to the base 100% AA stat-so it’s the listed 25% x 100% normally, or 25% x 175% with the synergy (for about a 44% final chance). Only ‘flat’ modifiers are applied to the listed chance instead of adding (or subtracting) from that 100% base.

    Nah its not a flat increase so it shouldn't be 100% rather its more like (25 + 25×0.75)% for about a net taunt AA of 43.75%.

    Base ability accuracy of taunt is 100%. This is applicable for all abilities.
    Base taunt chance is 100% of 25 = 25%
    With Synergy, Taunt ability accuracy is 175%.
    So when not stunned, it is 175% of 25 = 43.75%.
