Phone Getting Hot and Lagging

I’ve been enjoying 60fps a lot but does anyone else’s phone get hot quick and start lagging after playing for a little bit? I’m on a IPhone 13.

lol im the opposite

It's the worst when its during someone's special effect (could happen to me or them, could occur during the beginning, end, or middle, making being able to to accurately counter 80% more difficult. I just lost to Orochi multiple times because of the lag/freeze/judder)

I'm on a Galaxy S22, and it definitely gets toasty.

The lag does start happening after a while, and that's when I do a force stop, let her cool off for a bit, then it's good again.

If I didn't have throw my phone in the freezer, it could have actually exploded. I'm not joking. I'm on a modern day iPhone, but my phone got so hot I couldn't even hold it. Damn you, Grandmaster!

I strongly suspect the game is not optimised for iOS devices
