BG match lost due to “internal error”

I lost BG match due to “internal error”.
Do not remember what exactly the text was, as I clicked to reconnect fast to jump to the match, but the only I saw is that I lost with not even entering the first fight.
But I entered first round and defeated opponent. When the screen with round results should’ve been shown, it was just black screen instead.

I do not have video recording or screenshot, as I was in hurry to rejoin the match. I understand that I do not have the evidence and quite likely forum bots will fill this thread with comments like “this is trash, it would’ve never happened”.

However, Im wondering if anybody else got such issue. And wondering if any investigation can be performed on Kabam side, as match was found using elder marks, which is a unique resource that costs units.

Personally to me BG is a work-like mode that I do not enjoy at all and play only because it suggests better rewards comparing to other game mods. And as long as I make myself playing this mode, I expect at least some stability, equality and justice.

It happens but quite rarely

I finished a fight in 25 seconds with juggernaut and the screen shows "Error" and I'm thrown back to home page!?!?!?

It's part of the game I guess

Even in major E Sports live broadcast, they still have delays bcos the computers at E sports stadium have problems connecting to the servers

I mean all the computers are there at the same place and 1 of them have error with the connection and they probably have a local server in the stadium for faster latency and still have error with connection so you should expect it's normal with MCOC when they tell you there's an error as you are connecting over the internet for battlegrounds

Ok, so today I was playing BG and again at the end of the round I saw internal error. I was moved to start screen and could not return back to the match.
At the result, after ~ 1 minute I saw that I lost the match even though I had all the chances to win it.
I won first round and I smashed my opponents Arcade in second round.
BG shows me that it is like I never entered second round.
WTF, this match is not a win for me, it was not counted for BG solo event.
I just lost my elder marks!!!

If your playing on an old outdated device like iPhone XR I was on you can expect all kinds of issues with the game that other people won’t have and as a result nothing will get done and you will need to update device. (Buy a newer one ) If it’s not an old device maybe check with kabam it’s a supported one. Best advice I have.
