Are Power Back Boost percentages now misleading???

With the power back boost rework (nerf) are the percentages still accurate? If you’re limiting the amount of power bars you can obtain with this boost are you still really getting 150% - 200% of the actual power back? I did not follow the “rework” info at first so when I went to look at the boosts after the update the initial change isn’t really apparent. Someone purchasing this from the loyalty store without reading into it further in the description, it would legitimately look like you’re still supposed to get 200% or 150% power back. To me, the casual player, it looks very deceiving. Matter of fact, when I go into the description it doesn’t even mention anything about being capped at one bar if you use a special two. So either the description hasn’t been updated or rework hasn’t been implemented? Maybe I missed something? Either way leaving the boosts listed as 200% and 150% is extremely deceptive and definitely not a pro player move. Please help me understand this and let me know if I got anything wrong.

    Right now its still 150% and 200% but when off season of 56 is on the power backs will say 1% as they put it on the post about season 56 power back so the text will be updated to reflect than saying 150% and 200%

    Lesser Cosmic Power Boost

    Hit damage from Cosmic Champions’ Special Attacks 2 and 3 grant 1% of Max Power per 1% of the Opponent’s Health removed. Max 50% of the Power Spent on the Special. Lasts 20 Minutes. Does not work at natural Class Disadvantage or in Battlegrounds.

    So @Bendy is it currently working as it had in the past and will change with the off season or is it just the description will change at that point? (Thank you for your reply.)

    Yes it works how its stated now only when off season 56 is when changes go live so wednesday coming
