Bullseye sp2 dealing extra bleed damage than intended

Bullseye inflicts instant bleeds on his knife attacks which the last hit of his sp2 is not so it should not be dealing any bleed damage no matter what but it does if you dex it.



Interestingly though, if you get hit by the last hit of the sp2, you don't get the instant bleed which should be the case even if you dex it

It doesn't - that bleed is just from his 2 knife attack ,if u record the video u will see

Per Bullseye’s abilities: “Blade Attacks inflict instant bleeds dealing X direct damage. These are also inflicted when any attack is evaded, or a Special Attack is avoided with the Dexterity Mastery”.

The last part has no qualifiers that the bleed is only inflicted when the dexed special hit is a blade attack that would inflict bleed on hit. Bleed is simply inflicted if you dex a special. This is also true of the previous point by the way; Bullseye is perfectly capable of inflicting bleed if, say, his second light attack is evaded despite the fact that it’s not a blade attack either.

The "These" in the second part refer to the bleeds instead of blade attacks then. Right. And it also says any attack.damn.
