I enjoy playing hulkbuster quite a bit. His 7 star is only available in the incursions crystal - so I gave that a shot before just taking my ascended 6 star to R5. Hoped that I would be punished in short order with the 7 star. Nope. I am not an avid incursions guy so I am not getting the 7 star crystal timely, but my pulls have been

Each opening just made me more bitter about going back in to get more artifacts.

The banquet I spent units to hit achievable milestones… and in one of those, I hit the lottery. Got the huge champion selector. So I did silly things like scrolling past shocker to get to hulkbuster. Selection made.

Cool. Now if I could just dupe him. My last crystal opening was recent, so my artifacts were low. But I did the saga incursions, got the 6 star deathless piece selector I didn’t need but by dumb luck picked the one that gives a bunch of artifacts. Sweet! Run through some more incursions - get the crystal…. And RNG on that crystal finally relented. What I couldn’t accomplish in over a year, fell in my lap in just over a month.

    Congrats! I had something similar happen with White Tiger.
    I went for her in the 6* featured crystal but even though I spent some 700k shards, I could not get her even once. Then once she joined the 7* basic pool, literally the first 2 crystals I pulled and duped her. Now she is R3, and I love her

    Still searching for HB. I could've taken him from the banquet selector, but I chose Angela instead because you have to get her that first time to get the dupe.

    Same I'm dying for a namor, opened 2 crystals only so far with both mojo (not mad honestly) but hopefully next one is him 🙏

    HB was my first incursion crystal champ and first 7* R3
    Best nuke with great power control

    Eternity later, I just duped him yesterday... LOL

    R3ed him feb 2024 duped him feb 2025

    I have the same experience with America Chavez. I've only pulled her once a few days back, and I cannot wait for the opportunity to dupe her. I'm 2,000 shards away from a 7* AG crystal, and if it's Mystic she will 100% be getting the dupe. Even with minimal sig stone investment, the sig still helps her out a ton.
