Cerastes is much easier than Glykhan, just as a warning. My first time doing Glykhan took 12 revives, which is absolutely terrible. The next time I fought him it took 0 revives. That fight just needs practice, be ok with using revives, as it's all just practice for exploration. You can do it!

Glykhan was a bit easier for me, it was getting the hang of it, then having to do it again and again. PITA.

Honestly, it's cheaper to pay for Energy. Practice punishing and pay attention to the actions. You'll get it eventually.
