Deathless Piece Bug now blocking Platinum Track final claim

The Deathless Piece Bug which is preventing us from claiming a Deathless Piece is now blocking us from claiming the main reason we purchased the Platinum Track Event, that being the 7* Dazzler and the other items in the final selectors.

You have yet to fix this bug that is causing the screen to constantly blink because we can't claim the Deathless Piece. This is now preventing the big prize from the Platinum Event being claimed.

You have yet to acknowledge this issue or given us any updates. Are you even trying to fix it? Is it a priority for you? Do you even care that it is affecting your players? Right now, it feels very much like a, "Too bad, sucks for you bruh, but we're focusing on other things," response from Kabam.

Am I going to have to file a support ticket to get a refund if you do not intend to fix the problem?

    A basic acknowledgement the issue exists and is being addressed from Kabam would be nice.

    And now I can't claim some Daily Super Event rewards. This just keeps getting better.

    Meanwhile at Kabam ... silence and crickets chirping. I guess they figure if they don't acknowledge the problem, they don't have to fix it. 🤷‍♂️

    Update: Had to restart my phone to get Plat and Daily rewards. Deathless Piece is still missing.

    Deathless Piece is still missing. Screen is still blinking when it tries to load it up unsuccessfully
