Ares Immortality passive not removing in last phase

It took me 12 shots at taking out the last phase and not once did Ares’ immortality passives reduce like his abilities say they should…. Confirmed bug? I haven’t seen any mention from Kabam acknowledging this.

    I hope this bug can be fixed soon. But it's Friday now, and it's gonna be a long weekend in the US and Canada. So maybe we will see how it goes after next Tuesday.

    In addition, it will take a very long time for Kabam to figure out how many items they should compensate to us LOL. I've already explored two paths. And this bug cost me 8 more revives every run on average. The more you've done on Ares, the more compensation you should have. But I don't know if Kabam agrees with this idea.

    Anyway, I don't have tons of resources so I had to stop doing my third run just to save some from this bug.

    I had a few revives expiring, but not the amount needed to slog through. Thought about messing around with 1 run this weekend… but if the whole point is because I have excess revives, and the revive fest fight is busted and taking even MORE revives, guess I will just wait.

    100% agree with this. But be prepared for the disagree brigade to show up and say we don’t understand game programming or personnel resources, etc.

    It can’t be disputed it was acknowledged- but it’s buried on some other thread that 99% of the community will never see. No official announcement. No timeline for a fix. No urgency. Why? That’s not an unreasonable question. And a lot of the possible answers aren’t endearing.
    Lately we are getting some responses, but they are days after a bug has been festering and it’s usually just saying they have eyes on it, but then no follow up after that. I know a timeline is dangerous if it’s not met because of backlash, so that’s why we probably aren’t being given that info. But some of these newer bugs are pretty significant.

    From what I can tell, they still haven’t fixed the screen flickering bug that blocks most reward selectors. You have to individually go through support to get it fixed. That bug is close to 2 weeks now. Also the friend list/message bug that won’t let you scroll or click, which has been around even longer. And now this Ares bug. Not everyone is good enough to solo. And not everyone has hundreds of excess revives that they don’t care about burning.

    There are other bugs too that aren’t as big of a deal, like all the broken lighting, textures and clothing on multiple champs. It’s just ugly to look at, but doesn’t seem to hurt the gameplay as far as I can tell. I can live with those bugs. It’s the aforementioned ones that are much more significant and frustrating.

    Is just one charge is not that deep , you can remove 18 avoiding the sp2, and like 10 charges before he throws any specials , complaining about one charge is wild , unless you're trying to kill him with 100 revives lol

Remember when Howard the Duck got a bug that gave his double armour breaks and they left it as is? Remember when corvus was not draining power and they fixed it fast?

    You really think they want their epic end boss to remain bugged for all time?

    Everything you mentioned doesn’t translate directly to units. This Ares bug does. Do they “want” that forever? There is a difference between “want” and “setting priorities” - this obviously isn’t a priority. Even your missing point scenario was communicated widely when it occurred. All we have is a comment in a long thread buried pages back on this forum that they are aware Ares is eating revives incorrectly.

    I don't care about this but as such . But about the sentiment that Kabam priorities bugs that are "pro player". Moleman was able to hit Maw for a long time before it was eventually fixed. There's so many examples. People just remember the ones that persist.

    How much money Kabam must have lost(according to your logic) when Mole Man kept his true accuracy for like 2(?) years.

    Thank goodness we have superior skill summoners like you come along to put the rest of the summoners in place.

    Never mind Kabam, just leave off the revive/ charge mechanic. We know you already communicated that is how it should work, and it’s in Ares’ abilities but @Average_Desi says anyone complaining about it sucks and probably shouldn’t even play the game.
    Nice strawman but okay. If your plan was to go into the fight 99 times to defeat him, then yeah, you shouldn't be playing that fight. That's the only case where you need units for that fight. Else you can just defeat him from the DSE revives or Free crystal revives.

    If it’s a feature of the fight and was advertised as such then it is expected that it work. Telling others they don’t deserve to play or shaming them for their skills for relying on an advertised feature is what is utter dog****
    Yes it's a feature. Yes it should be fixed. I'm not saying it shouldn't be. I'm just saying that the reason it has not been fixed so far has nothing to do with units as some people claim it to be.
