Further proof that Kabam has no idea what they're doing

During the previous livestream, Kabam decided to (poorly) do things a little differently. These included having viewers go to an outside site to enter a giveaway, as well as if watching the livestream live on twitch, be given twitch drops.
Well, it seems like (according to the forums and reddit), lots of people that claimed the twitch rewards, attached their account, but never actually received the rewards in-game. From posts here, numerous people took to open a Kabam support ticket where Kabam told them to contact Twitch. Twitch rightly told them they dont control how in-game rewards work for a game they literally have no control over.
Eventually, we got this comment on the forums -

So I sent a message to Kabam explaining I was part of the group that claimed rewards but they never showed up in my account.

In response to my support ticket, they say they're investigating, but the ticket closed before they had any answer for me. Opened another ticket, and just got this response:

"I understand you have not received the recent Twitch Drops rewards in your account. After reviewing the related information, I see we have completed the investigation for missing Twitch Drops reward. At this time, all rewards have been successfully sent to qualifying accounts. We are no longer able to assist with the Twitch Drops rewards from our stream on January 31st. While we cannot guarantee support for Twitch Drops, if you encounter any future issues, please be sure to contact us within 72 hours for a chance at resolution."
These rewards are sadly anything significant, but it's just another example of sloppily handled things in a long line of recent messes. Get your heads out of your you-know-whats and figure sh- out.
I'm tired.

Kabam has been mishandling so much lately from every corner of the game. Bugs everywhere - literally in just the past couple of days you have Ares boss bugged, the Bromance event bugged (not to mention the design of the 7-day event is ridiculous, asking you to play 5 matches every 24 hrs in an off-season for really meaningless rewards).
With the livestream, they unnecessarily changed things up, they didn't work out, then when following instructions literally given by a Kabam employee (KabamPinwheel), the eventual response I get from Kabam Support is "At this time, all rewards have been successfully sent to qualifying accounts."
This was just a further example of how it feels like they're completely overwhelmed and in over their heads with the current state of things.
You want to be mad about the change? Be mad at the chat because they can't stop spamming random codes the entire stream which makes it hard to see questions and comments. If we could be adults and not spam, they wouldn't need to change.
Those are the reasons for the change. Hardly unnecessary.
I'm not saying we're quite at this point, but the bugs have had me wondering... What would have to happen for Marvel to consider a licensed product as damaging to their IP and withdraw rights to the characters etc?
imagine they know - how long the game will last
I am not bragging, but all objectives usually show up for me, all promo codes work, twitch drops worked, Its as if there was a group of accounts that have all this issues.
I only made account in twitch for mcoc. Im probably not going to stream it in twitch again with the email thing they implemented. Whatever that third party company wants to do with the data (I read the thread and it was sus). I don't support it. I don't care, keep your drops.
