claiming the new promo code (Heartshapedbox)

i didn’t receive the 7 star key after claiming the promo code although i’m thronebreaker and a friend of mine who claimed it at thronebreaker already got his key. anyone else had this problem?

I didn't, because I selected the free gift from the webstore that contains the key and has nothing to do with the promo code.

I claimed the key but never received it. Trying to reach kabam but they closed my ticket 5 seconds after I opened it
