“Destroyer of Titans” Epoch title

For such high level Everest content, how come the title is only uncommon? It seems a little strange that it shares the same value as epic quest titles.

A lore of titles have higher rarity’s now, I think it’s cool that the highest Everest content has a “not so high” title rarity.
