Ares Learning Strategy

I used around 20 to 30 revives my first fight with Ares. That was way too much. So what i did to learn Ares was write down the move set for the orange axe and blue sword. I went to work the next morning reciting them in my head all day. Even mimicking the move gestures from time to time with my hands lol. By the next time I fought him I used a lot less revives and the 3rd time I fought him I was instinctively reacting to the color of the weapon without thinking. I no longer had to speak the moves aloud. Here are some tips. Look behind him. That's where the weapon flashes first. Secondly if you keep distance a bit, sometimes he will start the sp2 from further away giving you more time to react. I think i used about 5 to 8 revives my last 4 times times fighting him. It got better. I got better. But I don't think he should have been introduced the way he is (especially with the AI issues). I think the unstoppable was a bit of overkill. I think fighting him at 1% health for the last phase was a bit much also. Especially for our first time fighting him. If he's going to be the end game boss going forward, he could have been tweaked back a bit. However I won't deny that eventually he became better to fight than some of the defenders on certain lines. I think giving us attack boost every time you lose to him was fair. I just worry about them adding more to him to appease certain top 1% players or certain content creators. There has to be balance. In the end he became better to deal with but he is a lot and i hope my little program helps someone else who struggled as much as I did. Thanks for reading.
