Just completed epoch and was generously given this crimson clown.
I understand that he’s no nefaria but this guy is the epitome of mid. 3 abilities in total is outrageous LMAO!! All jokes aside though, do you guys think he is top priority for a buff or nah? Also, does anybody actually know if he is getting one?

    🫡 thanks for the warnings lads. I’ll defend myself the best I can. Surely, there no way to justify rulk, he’s positively awful and I try to give all champs a chance
