Can I do the grandmaster fight with my roster?

Hi guys finally looking to do the grandmaster fight for TB after steadily making my way through act 6 over the last month!
Can I do grandmaster fight with this roster?
I think I’m lacking some mystics that would make it easier (doom, juggs etc) but I do have some good champs… I am thinking for a team:
- herc
- CGR
- Sorc supreme
- Wiccan (rank up my 6* I just pulled)
- prof x for added reverse control immunity

ybe worth ranking the 5* colossus I pulled recently for tankiness?
Any help greatly appreciated. I have about 500 units and 20 revives saved at the moment!
