Hi everyone, why is the previous threat level locked for me for the side quests as I’ve done the highest threat level.

    Same here it refuses to let me in the next Threat. If you tap level 4 it says “unlock after completing previous threat” yet it still doesn’t let you in.

    This Sidequest dont allow to enter other levels

    Only the one you're actually

    Other Sidequests we can do every level
